It is made from standard transparent glass that has been heated to its melting point and then rapidly cooled, changing the structure and properties of the glass. It is also quite heat-resistant, withstanding temperatures up to 275\u00b0C, which makes it an ideal option for high-temperature environments such as saunas and kitchens.
