Terms of Sale

1. General terms

  1. The terms of sale apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods from the klaasissepa.ee online store between the buyer (hereinafter the Client) and Klaasissepa OÜ.
  2. When purchasing products from the Klaasissepa OÜ online store, the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply.
  3. Klaasissepa OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale and sales prices. The mentioned changes will be reflected on the Klaasissepa.ee website.

2. Entry into force of the sales contract

  1. Klaasissepa OÜ sells and the Client purchases the products offered in the online store.
  2. The sales contract between Klaasissepa OÜ and the Client enters into force from the moment the amount payable according to the order confirmation has been received in the Klaasissepa OÜ bank account.
  3. By placing an order in the Klaasissepa OÜ online store and completing the payment, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of sale.

3. Price information

  1. All prices displayed in the klaasissepa.ee online store are in Euros and include 20% VAT.
  2. Klaasissepa OÜ reserves the right to change sales prices. The mentioned changes will be reflected on the website www.klaasissepa.ee. If the Client submitted their order before the price changes took effect, the price shown on the invoice at the time of placing the order applies.

4. Placing an order

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
  2. Product quantities are limited. If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after sending the notification.
  3. To place an order, first click the “Place order” link in the shopping cart.
  4. On the order page, fill in the required fields and choose the delivery and payment method that suits you.
  5. Fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page carefully, as the speed and smooth delivery of your purchased products depends on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
  6. Orders placed in the Klaasissepa OÜ online store are processed on working days from 08:30 to 17:00. If the order is placed on Friday after 14:00, it will be processed the following Monday. This also applies to the “I will pick it up myself” delivery option.
  7. The sales contract is considered concluded and order fulfillment begins immediately after the Client has paid 100% of the order confirmation amount.

5. Delivery

  1. After the sales contract enters into force (payment of the invoice by the Client), Klaasissepa OÜ prepares the order and hands it over to the company’s logistics partners for delivery.
  2. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
  3. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
  4. For prompt delivery, care must be taken to provide accurate and valid delivery details when placing the order. Delays and misunderstandings during delivery may occur if the information provided in the order is inaccurate. Kunstipada.ee is not responsible for delivery delays or misunderstandings if they are caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client when placing the order.
  5. Klaasissepa OÜ is not responsible for delays in delivery if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time but the delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control or foresight of Klaasissepa OÜ.
  6. Shipments damaged during transport where products have been damaged will be replaced for the Client. If replacement is not possible, compensation for the value of the damaged goods will be offered.

6. Right of return

  1. After receiving the order, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
  2. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Client, except when the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order.
  4. To return goods, a return request must be submitted in free form to the email address kadri@klaasissepa.ee within 14 days from receiving the goods. The return request must include the Client’s name, the name of the product and the invoice or order number. Standard withdrawal form.
  5. The money for returned goods will be refunded to the Client immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request. In addition to the value of the returned goods, the delivery cost will also be refunded.
  6. If the order is returned partially, the delivery costs will be refunded proportionally according to the number of returned products.
  7. Klaasissepa OÜ may refuse to make refunds until the object of the contract has been returned or until the Client has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.

7. Submitting complaints

  1. According to the Law of Obligations Act, the Client has the right to submit complaints regarding non-conformity of the product with the contract terms within 2 years from receiving the goods. The right to submit complaints does not apply to glass and mirrors.
  2. If a defect appears in the product, the Client must notify Klaasissepa OÜ by email at kadri@klaasissepa.ee and provide the following information: name, contact details and description of the defect.
  3. Klaasissepa OÜ will respond to the Client’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
  4. Klaasissepa OÜ is not responsible for:
    1. Damage to the product caused by the Client’s fault or negligence.
    2. Defects caused by improper use of the product.
    3. Natural physical wear of the product during normal use.

8. Force majeure

  1. Klaasissepa OÜ is not responsible for damages caused to the Client or delays in delivery if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control or foresight of Klaasissepa OÜ.

9. Privacy

  1. By using the Klaasissepa OÜ website, the Client gives clear and informed consent to the processing of their personal data by Klaasissepa OÜ.
  2. Klaasissepa OÜ uses the personal data entered by the Client (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the Client. Klaasissepa OÜ forwards personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.
  3. Klaasissepa OÜ sends newsletters and offers to the Client’s email address only if the Client has expressed the wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing messages. The Client can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.

10. Other conditions

  1. Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these terms will primarily be resolved through negotiations. If disputes arising from the agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the Client has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural rules can be reviewed and an application submitted here. Reviewing the Client’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
